Frameworkcooking

Frameworkcooking is a revolutionary gastronomic methodology based on three conceptual models invented by kum Ng, a certified World Master Chef.

The principles were developed after a decade of gastronomic researched works (since 2000) on history of food evolution, world cuisines, culinary trends, food nutrition, food safety, and culinary cultures.

To-date Frameworkcooking serves a network of over 6,000 professional chefs and food enthusiasts all around the world under iiCHEF, iiGREEN, and Culinary Executive Officer(CEO).

Frameworkcooking-The world first gastronomic methodology, which was based on Chinese philosophy and world good culinary practices, was reviewed and fully endorsed by the World Master Chefs Society in 2009.  

What is frameworkcooking?

Defination: "It is an artistic expression based on gastronomic understanding of food and good culinary practices, shared globally in an ethically and ecologically conscious environment."

In mastering the techniques, one has to study and practise the three conceptual models, which serve as the guiding principles.
